Service Untitled, one of the blogs that I regularly read, wrote a review that put forth a call to action for myself. He wrote about a book called Managing Online Forums: Everything You Need to Know to Create and Run Successful Community Discussion Boards“. His bottomline review was: “If anything, Managing Online Forums can serve as a useful and practical guide and overview for starting and managing an online community. O’Keefe provides the reader with an easy to follow how to guide that can be applied to almost any community without difficulty.”
I’m purchasing the book to see how it will help both the Call Center Development and Networking Forums and some other forums that I run. Once I’ve read it, I’ll be sure to post a review.
